The soon-to-be-launched GCC Grand Tours Visa will grant international travelers the ability to explore all six Gulf Cooperation Council member states under one unified travel document. Designed exclusively for leisure and tourism, the visa is not intended for work or long-term residence purposes.
Initial eligibility is expected to mirror the current visa frameworks in place across the region. Travelers who currently qualify for e-visas or receive visas on arrival—such as passport holders from countries like the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea, Japan, and members of the European Union—are anticipated to be among the first groups eligible to apply.
This single-entry solution aims to simplify regional travel for tourists from approved nations, offering a more cohesive and accessible way to experience the diverse cultures, attractions, and landscapes of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
这些护照貌似只需要办沙特签证，那么这个“六国”签证有何意义。。。

What we know about visa features

统一签证的一些细节公布了。签证费还没出来，不过“比六国签证费总和要低”
这个 没保险的可能还要多出血 
倒是前一阵伊朗危机的时候，科威特临时允许中国护照在伊拉克边境落地签（不需要gcc居留），也说不定未来变成一个feature
现在阿联酋和卡塔尔本来就对红免签且可直飞国内（甚至二线城市），这个沙特填补了什么空白吗？

现在落地签吧，基本和免签差不多了（只是有费用
不知道这个财力证明怎么执行 感觉很难
第二档持有美签也不错哇 又是等等党的胜利了
最近科威特明显是开源节流，动作很多
比如说今年剥夺了5万人的国籍，这样可以不用给他们派福利 
然后逐渐实施开放国门政策吸引外资
不过科威特对绝大多数人而言属于打卡一两天就走了，很难想象他们能靠旅游发大财 好消息是如果简化签证实现了，那些邀请函卖好几千人民币的中介和炫耀有科威特熟人但是打死也不愿意帮别人办(在别人的xhs求助帖子下看到过)签证的都可以歇菜了
