昨天手动充值EZpass, T-Mobile, Verizon 各$1.。 不知道每个月分别充1块钱算不算.。相信要11月30日才知道

也打算Verizon充$1，但是会不会影响auto pay discount呀？
我的是landline phone services. 没有Auto pay discount. 如果有Auto pay discount 不建議用credit card 充值。
所以泥潭有人完成这个offer吗？
