感谢，我也看到了，好奇怪啊，我之前明明enroll过，怎么现在又变成enrollment required.
一定要double check，我觉得系统最近有问题
隔壁帖子是我发的，因为benefit 邮件里已经没有equinox 了，跟客服确认之后客服一问三不知，也不知道什么时候正式cancel
我今天也enroll不了我的新卡 提示not eligible
同enroll不了，爬树客服说我之前cancel了equinox的membership, 被un-enroll了， 被amex的系统震惊了，benefit还能un-enroll的……
我几个月前也有过类似的情况，明天再试一下
不能enroll + 1 在和客服邮件 但是好慢啊 有电话能打吗？
得到客服的最新回复：
Regarding enrollment in the Amex Benefit, this is now a known issue where no one is currently able to enroll. Our teams are working on correcting this as quickly as possible and will reach back out to let you know once this has been resolved so you can try enrolling again.
显然是撸痛了
可以enroll了

可能你是其他问题，我当时不可以enroll时候写的是 Unable to enroll the given Platinum Card number.
