很可能不会接，这个如果真的翻了对scotus的reputation打击太大了
现在scotus就已经很political了，如果把同性婚姻这个美国主流社会已经接受的东西都翻了就彻底失去权威了。司法权手里没有枪也没有钱，只能靠大众信任，这个要是没了会被彻底边缘化的

我觉得也是 最高院的人还有很多在任呢，推翻自己的东西不是自打嘴巴
又不是推翻之前所有最高院法官都退休/离职/去世 后的那种显得本届更高明的情况
你这人好坏 
主要是新来的太多，gorsuch kavanaugh barett要是都支持，加上alito thomas票数就够了
不过我觉得真要投票了前面那三个不一定都会支持
