美加共有56个使领馆（不含San Juan），其中
以下城市的领事馆官网并未直接提供信息：（6/56）
Boise, Dallas, Laredo, Los Angeles, San Antonio, Santa Ana

美加大部分领馆只要每月拿到纸质bank account statement或investment receipts原件就行了，不需要盖章或者签字，那么所有正规银行应该都能满足这个要求。（甚至有的银行电子版的statement跟银行寄过来的statement一模一样，那这种情况下甚至自己打印就可以了）除了：（13/56）

  • Eagle Pass:1. The printouts of your electronic bank statements certified (signed and/or stamped) by the bank, of each of the previous 12 months. OR
    2. The printouts of your electronic bank statements PLUS a letter from your financial institution indicating your full name (no omissions), the details about your account, and the ending balance of each of the previous 12 months. The letter must be signed by hand.
  • Houston: 同Eagle Pass
  • Milwaukee: Certified copy (stamped by the bank/financial institution) of proof of personal investments accounts or personal bank accounts with a monthly balance of at least $51,860.00 USD* during the previous 12 months of statements (bring the last 12 months of bank statements)
  • Omaha: 同Eagle Pass
  • Phoenix: Investment receipts or bank statements showing an average monthly overall balance of over $42,164 USD (12 months of statements) per-person.
    If you are presenting bank statements or investments, you must request a letter from your banker stating you are the rightful owner of the account. Mandatory
  • San Diego: Copy of bank statements (savings or investments) proving a minimum monthly balance of at least $51,860.00 USD for the previous twelve months. Bank statements must be presented in original (with OFFICIAL BANK STAMP) full and include the applicant’s full name and address (NO P.O. Box).
  • San Francisco: 接受original，但是强调了一句All bank statements must be original. If you use paperless banking you must have your statements stamped by your bank. We do not accept simple prints from downloaded bank statements.
  • St. Paul: Original and a photocopy of investment receipts or bank statements showing an average monthly balance of $32,426.00 dollars per applicant during the past twelve months; or
    All bank statements need to be certified by the applicants bank either by letterhead document or bank seal on statements.（绝大部分银行应该都满足这个要求，但既然写了这个特别要求那我就还是单独列出来一下）
  • Washington, DC：同上
  • Yuma: Bank statements must be presented in original (with OFFICIAL BANK STAMP) full and include the applicant’s full name and address (NO P.O. Box).
  • Leamington（要求最多）: Original and a photocopy of investment receipts or bank statements with the bank stamp** showing an average monthly balance of $76,919.00 Canadian dollars during the past twelve months.
    Submit a letter from your financial institution, PER APPLICANT, printed on official paper stating “ Full Name has the bank account _____, since _____ and is currently valid”, with original signature and stamp from the financial institution. We will not accept photocopies of the signature.
    The letter and bank statements must be from the same financial institution
    We will keep original bank statements.
  • Montreal: Originals, if printed from an online banking account or at the bank, must bear the seal of the institution on each page, in order to render them authentic.
  • Toronto: Original and a photocopy of letter from your bank signed and stamped saying a constant balance of $72,000.00 Canadian dollars during the past twelve months
  • Vancouver: 官网与邮件的要求不同。官网不要求而（据反馈）邮件要求stamped and signed

下面这些城市的领馆写明可以接受dependent用别人的钱（如留学生可以用父母的钱）满足要求，但应该是要求“别人”跟受养人一块申请：(4/56)

  • Denver: 1. Original and one photocopy of investment or saving accounts statements from the last twelve (12) months. The monthly average balance must exceed $55,317.33 USD;
    2. Original and one photocopy of bank statements or paystubs from the last six (6) months. The monthly income must exceed $3,319.04 USD plus $500 for each dependent;

  • Eagle Pass: If you have direct economic dependents (spouse, parents or children) you must prove the family bond with a marriage license and or birth certificate and prove financial solvency for them by adding 100 days of the current general minimum wage in Mexico City (approx. $860.00 USD). per dependent to the required monthly amount.
    If Marriage licenses or Birth certificates are needed for visa application and they are issued in another country other than the United States or Mexico, they must have the Apostille or Legalization Seal.
    For all documents in a foreign language other than English, a certified translation to Spanish must also be submitted.

  • Houston: 同上

  • Kansas City:In the case of dependents having a joint account to qualify for economic solvency, certified copy of marriage certificate as well as an extra pack of statements for each applicant. Applicants must also present original birth certificates in the case of children applying with their parents.

（绿卡。准备资料的时候有一条是statement需要original或者stamped by bank，结果坑爹的把100mile周遭的branch都走遍了也没人能签字或者盖章，楼主被告知investment firm基本没法签字因为经常有很多investment advisor被sue。。于是换了个思维，既然是要original OR stamped的话，直接打电话去跟客服说要过去12个月纸质statement，这个倒是很简单就approve了//
Chase account的statement可以非常丝滑加盖了银行公章，因为是bank而不是investment firm。。//
在Fidelity branch打印的statement（无签字）可以做notarize说明这过去12个月的statement是in-branch advisor打印出来的//
前9个月的regular mail statement的确没有问题，但是因为Fidelity最后快递过来的3个月statement是黑白打印在普通的纸上面，比自己打印的纸质都差:hear_no_evil:。。更不用说和regular mail的的丝滑纸质一比较简直low的一B。然后领事认为不是original）

有，但是真的是退休+资金满足要求了，所以自己diy一年卡续成pr
更新一下不准确信息，这个dp最后没能diy 1年tr成pr，因为移民局要求翻译的文件很严苛，所以还是换了3年tr

两周前刷到SF的位置，今早去结果告诉我不能办，他们也没发信息告诉我办理这个事情的人不在。一个consulor大概问了问我要办啥，我说办RT，她问我你有remote work 的employment letter吗，我说不是提供bank statement就行么，她说不行得要invitation to work remotely in Mexico才行，我说我们都定好圣诞去墨西哥的trip了，她说如果RT办不成会给我们个旅游签。然后她把我的申请表，照片和护照复印件收走了确认表上的电话是不是对的，说会联系我们再来大使馆就让我走了。我准备的bank statements 都没要也没看。这个操作让我有点目瞪口呆，所以整个就一个one way communication? 明天LD的appointment她也说不用来了，办不了，就等他们联系我们 :smiling_face_with_tear:

      2. The printouts of your electronic bank statements PLUS a letter from your financial institution indicating your full name (no omissions), the details about your account, and the ending balance of each of the previous 12 months. The letter must be signed by hand.
    3. Employment or Pension that yields a monthly income of at least 300 days of the current general minimum wage in Mexico City (approx. $2,500.00 USD) after taxes, during each of the previous 6 months. To prove this, you need to provide:
      1. Pension: The original or most recent letter from the Social Security or Pension issuer indicating the monthly amount that you receive and monthly certified financial statements in which that amount is reflected or the pension receipts for each of the last 6 months.
      2. Employment: Verification letter from your employer stating your employment commencement date, position title, the salary you receive PLUS all paystubs for the last 6 months.
      3. The letter must include your full name as it appears in your passport and must be signed by hand (no electronic signatures or photocopies of the original will be accepted).
      4. You may also present monthly certified financial statements where the income is deposited.

签证官是一个男的，不是谭里说的那个比较严的女签证官，本来觉得稳了。但是最开始他就问为什么要去墨西哥，我就说每年都要去墨西哥，退休以后每年也要去度假blabla。刚开始说不通过，没有证明自己要去resident，可以给我办visitor visa。我只好说，如果美国的绿卡出问题了就要去墨西哥住几年， 然后就让我过了。
