是不是有地区限制

根据doc只有AL, FL, NJ, & NY
Update 8/20/24: Had this listed as AL, CT, D.C., MD, VA, WV, FL, NJ, NY, and PA Only but this is actually AL, FL, NJ, & NY. Online opening actually works nationwide by the looks of things but chexsystems sensitive online so most will need to head to a branch to get approved.

之前有他们的Savings账户，最近刚刚关了。
刚刚申请了他们的Checking账户，申请之后显示：

打了电话过去，用我非常烂的英语和客服谈了，他说我是exisiting customer（但是我的账户已经关了呀）。他说申请不能马上通过是因为我的Chex冻结了，让我解冻，他明天再Pull Chex一次看看。
