chase IHG premier 没法识别国内的某些酒店

前段时间用chase ihg卡在国内住了一些ihg的酒店,voco、皇冠都拿到了10x的ihg积分,但在重庆丽晶和另一家洲际都只有5x,分别打了ihg和chase客服然后ihg让chase去review、结果收到纸质review结果说这两家不在ihg旗下,所以不能补分。但我都是从ihg官网订的订单也很清楚,请问大家有遇到过这种情况么?不知道是不是ihg给chase调查时资料没给全,现在该找谁呢

btw我说的是信用卡的10x,不是ihg的16x

看论坛里很多人说secure message可以,结果回复
“ upon checking your account, merchants who accept Visa/Mastercard credit cards are assigned a merchant code, which is determined by the merchant or its processor in accordance with Visa/Mastercard procedures based on the kinds of products and services they primarily sell. We group similar merchant codes into categories for purposes of making rewards offers to you. We make every effort to include all relevant merchant codes in our rewards categories. However, even though a merchant or some of the items that it sells may appear to fit within a rewards category, the merchant may not have a merchant code in that category. Purchases submitted by you, an authorized user, or the merchant through third-party payment accounts, mobile or wireless card readers, online or mobile digital wallets, or similar technology will not qualify in a rewards category if the technology is not set up to process the purchase in that rewards category.” 这怎么搞

操作失误,下面是大象关冰箱教程:
第一步:酒店询问folio
第二步:send secure message 上传水单 merchant name does not contain “IHG” due to lost in translation 指出结账金额和日期
第三步:积分到账

感谢 我试一下 我以为ihg有专门的code,结果他们也是靠名字审核?
