If the delay in the original departure time exceeds 2 hours:
Involuntary refund request is permitted without fees.
If the flight has been forwarded to a new revised time other than original departure time:
Or refund the ticket without fees with a compensation as per flight
cancellation article in this chapter.

If SAUDIA cancels a flight or can not operate properly according to the schedule or can not stop at a point that was intended to be the end point or stopping point for the passenger or that it could not provide a reserved seat in advance or caused the passenger to miss a confirmed connected flight
