背景情况：
父亲：加拿大护照美国绿卡 中国护照申请Q签时合法注销
母亲：中国护照，美国绿卡，加拿大枫叶卡，B1/2 美签尚未过期
孩子：4个月前美国出生（当时母亲已经是绿卡状态）尚未申请任何护照和旅行文件
问题：我知道孩子可以申请美国护照，是不是也可以申请加拿大护照？
还有没有可能申请中国旅行证, 不为别的就为将来保留一点flexibility (因为母亲还是有B1/2签证的， 虽然在永居方面不太符合规定) ?

I mean not exactly that but it’s possible. Unlike I-751 field offices can’t adjudicate I-829s. So the Immigrant Investor program office has to approve my I-829 first before my local field office can schedule me for an oath ceremony. They can however interview me first.

Yup then they’ll put the N400 on hold. I’ll probably talk to an attorney before I file my N400 if my I-829 isn’t approved by the time I become eligible. I’ll file Mandamus if needed.
